Symmetry Terrarium
Supplies You Will Need
- One PartyLite Symmetry Trio
- Gravel or small stones
- Charcoal pieces (available at an aquarium shop or garden center)
- Sphagnum or hypnum moss
- Potting soil
- Small plant (such as a dwarf fern or succulent)
Step 1:
Place a layer of gravel or small stones on the bottom for drainage. Next, add a ½" layer of charcoal pieces to keep natural elements fresh.
Step 2:
Top with 1"-1 ½" of potting soil.
Step 3:
Add a shade-loving, slow-growing plant such as a dwarf fern or succulent.
Step 4:
Place moss around the plant for added texture and interest (chopsticks work well for this step). Water lightly.
